Issei Nishikawa, Governor of Fukui prefecture, will give his consent for the restart of reactors 3 and 4 at Kansai Electric Power Company ’s (Kepco’s) Takahama plant, as the Japanese Government seeks to bring more reactors online. The Governor’s consent is necessary to restart the reactors.
