Marubeni expands North American portfolio

Marubeni Corp. said this week that it has acquired a 90 per cent interest in a wind power project in Solano County, California run by EDF Renewable Energy Inc., a US arm of French utility Electricite de France (EDF). Marubeni did not disclose details of the acquisition.
