Vistra completes acquisition of seven gas-fired power plants

Vistra has announced that it has completed the acquisition of seven gas-fired power plants totalling 2557 MW capacity from Lotus Infrastructure Partners in a $1.9 billion deal, subject to certain net working capital adjustments.

The plants acquired are: Fairless, (1320 MW) and Hazleton (158 MW) in Pennsylvania; Manchester (510 MW) in Rhode Island; Garrison (309 MW) in Delaware; Beaver Falls (108 MW) and Syracuse (103 MW) in New York; and Greenleaf (49 MW) in California.
