UK Government to consider overruling devolved Scottish government on nuclear investment

The Scottish Government is refusing to give planning permission for any new nuclear reactors to be built in Scotland. The UK Government is in the process of exploring ways to bypass this opposition by the SNP, the party that runs the devolved Scottish government.
