Suzlon wins 201.6 MW wind power project in Andhra Pradesh

Suzlon Group has announced that it has win an order for a 201.6 MW wind energy project in Andhra Pradesh, India. The order was placed by Waaree Forever Energies , the IPP division of the Waaree Group.

This is Waaree’s first venture into wind power technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, Suzlon will supply and install 64 S144 wind turbine generators, each rated at 3.15 MW. Suzlon will also be responsible for EPC and O&M for the plant when it becomes operational.
