The first phase of the project consists of nine turbines with a combined capacity of 40 MW. Phase two will have a capacity of 50 MW, and phase three more than 100 MW.

According to the Kosy Group , the wind farm will use wind turbine equipment from Goldwind International Holdings , applying direct drive technology with permanent magnet without gearbox. It said that this technology will lower operating costs, increase power generation efficiency, and reduce operational maintenance costs and risks.

Goldwind will use 4.5 MW turbines, with a diameter of 155 m, and a height of 130 m.

Nguyen Viet Cuong, Chairman of the Kosy Group, said that the first phase of the project will be connected to the national grid by the end of October 2021.
