Eurus Energy Holding ’s AEOLUS SAS (AEOLUS) has completed two 50 MW solar power plants in Tunisia, representing Eurus’s first renewable energy projects in Tunisia.

The 50 MW solar power plants are located in Sidi Bouzid Governorate and Tozeur Governorate and will supply electricity to approximately 120 000 households in Tunisia.

Operations will be carried out by operating companies jointly owned by AEOLUS (49 per cent stake) and Scatec ASA, a Norwegian renewable energy solutions provider (51 per cent stake).
