The collaboration has been made through a non-binding Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and establishes a framework to jointly evaluate customer demand, candidate sites, and possible commercial structures for potential dual-unit SMR-300 projects.

Holtec’s SMR-300 is a Generation III+ PWR generating around 340 MW per unit. It is offered in a standard dual-unit configuration to provide 680 MW.

Projects would be developed through Holtec’s EPC platform with HDEC.
