The Galaxy Consortium has signed an agreement with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial government to invest $2 billion to develop a 1000MW hydropower plant. According to the agreement, the project will be initiated under a public-private partnership in the province, and the project site will be identified through joint consultation.
