Doosan Enerbility has won a €200 million contract to supply key turbine equipment for new reactors in the Czech Republic. It will supply two sets of steam turbines, generators, and turbine control systems for Units 5 and 6 of the Dukovany nuclear power plant through its subsidiary Doosan Skoda Power .
This agreement follows the agreement between the Czech government and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power for the construction of Dukovany 5 & 6 in June 2025.
Son Seung-woo, Head of Doosan Enerbility’s Power Service business group, said: “The contract is a meaningful example of combining South Korea’s nuclear technology with local manufacturing capabilities in the Czech Republic. We will work closely with Doosan Skoda Power to successfully complete the Czech nuclear project and contribute to the country’s power industry.”
