Azerbaijan has announced that it continues to support Ukraine with another shipment of power equipment to help restore and maintain the power grid with the approach of the heating season.

This latest shipment of power supply equipment includes high capacity transformers, 186 km of electric cables, and other essential equipment.

Andrii Sybiha, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, thanked Azerbaijan for its support and said that the equipment would help strengthen the resilience of Ukraine’s power grid.

Yurii Husev, Ukrainian Ambassador to Azebaijan, said: “This assistance is a practical demonstration of solidarity and the Ukrainian-Azerbaijani strategic partnership, as well as a significant contribution to strengthening the resilience of our power grid amid the ongoing sull-scale Russian aggression.”
