Siemens and SPIC sign MoU for technology collaboration

Siemens and State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) of China have signed an MoU to confirm their intention of technology collaboration in the field of heavy duty gas turbines. Under the terms of the MoU, Siemens will support SPIC in conducting research and development for heavy-duty gas turbines and provide training and technical consultation for SPIC. This will support China’s goal to independently develop and build a heavy-duty gas turbine.
