Russia sets record for nuclear power generation

Rosenergoatom , which operates all nuclear power plants in Russia, has announced that it generated 209 TWh of energy production in 2019, a record amount. According to the statement, this was 4.5 TWh more than 2018, the previous record year. Rosenergoatom said that it expected to record another increase in 2020.
