India to get $250 million from USA for solar projects

It has been announced that the US Government’s development finance institution, Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC ), has approved $250 million in senior debt financing to subsidiaries of ReNew Power Ventures to be utilised to construct up to 400 MW of new solar power generation in India across multiple projects.
