At present, the G114 turbine (2 MW and 2.5 MW) has been Gamesa’s bestselling model in 2015, the company has said.

In June 2015 UTE also awarded Gamesa the contract for another 35 G114 2MW turbines to be installed at the Valentines project in southern Uruguay. Construction at this project is due to be completed in the second half of 2016. The project was also part-funded from the IDB.
